Yesterday I visited the Newark Museum and experienced something I had never experienced there before-crowds. The reason-the closing days of a Norman Rockwell exhibit which has natural appeal to the World War II generation. I enjoyed Norman Rockwell’s open, innocent, New Deal liberal American heart at display, and it turns out he had a talent for portraiture[see example].

A question for the Newark Museum; if you could be somewhere instead of Newark-would you?
